    Misleading in a great way

I was so excited to recieve my used sea hunter. When I opened it I expected to see a gently worn coil, some scratches here and there. To my surprise it is brand new. It looks like it was a demo or display model only. Great buy. Thank you so much. We will do bussiness again.

  • Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II out performs all others!

Having always been a loyal Garrett user, the Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II underlines why I like Garrett Metal Detectors so much. Rugged durability, battery life and performance in the field make this machine an outstanding value. If you are looking for a reliable deep water unit, then go with the Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II!

  • Picks Metal up deep

Used at South Padre 9/5/16. I think I found everyone's lost tent stakes. No treasure. Did find 1 penny. It works great. Good workout.

  • Great machine

I've had nothing but good luck with this machine. Easy to set up and use. Works flawlessly in dry sand, wet sand or under water. I highly recommend.

  • Awesome machine

The 8" coil will go far deeper than any VLF in the salt. I thought about getting the larger coil but that seems pointless since the 8" goes deeper than I can scoop in the surf. Machine is really stable with no falsing . I thought I would have trouble with hot rocks but that doesn't seem to be the case. The only downside with a PI is if there is a lot of iron bits you really can't discriminate them out but you can usually tell by the size of the signal area if your hitting a small target vs a spike can etc. Just takes a little practice.
