Needed "kids" help setting up.

Disappointing
I have purchased 2 of these products. The first one would not recharge 13 months after purchase (just outside the guarantee period) and then the second one fell apart between the band and the display section about 14 months after purchase. While they are working they're great, but the ones I've had have not lasted very long at all. Don't buy this.
There is a fault with this device where the covering blisters and it leaves holes between the hard surface and the covering. I have had three of them (two warranty replacements) and all of them have done it in a few months. Fitbit will not do anything after the warranty period which is terrible as it is a fault with the device and they should fix it no matter when the warranty expires. It is not fit for purpose and not durable. The picture shows all three of them with the fault. I will never get another Fitbit. Shame on your Fitbit.

Good features for the price
I chose this model because I like the buckle. My first fitbit got lost at the beach because the clasp came undone. Setup and operation are a breeze and I like the watch and date. The other features are not entirely accurate, but they're consistent enough to be useful. The only real negative thus far (I've had it about three weeks) is the battery life is poor. It's asking for a recharge after only two days. Also, when it comes to replacing the band, it will be a bit fiddly as it has four screws that need to be undone to release the chip...not something you'd want to do too often. Fitbit Charge HR quality
The fitbit HR I found to be an excellent tracker. It is comfortale. It's motivating watching your exercice progress and steps, and set goals. I am a shiftworker so I also wanted the HR so I can monitor my sleep patern and quality and I can say it has helped me see the quality and lack of sleep I get, now I am aware and make it a priority to hit my sleep target. Battery life could be better however 5 days is good. I charge when I shower sp as to keep it dry. Overall I am very happy with the fitbit HR.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Forget it
Product worked well but fell apart in 3 months. They replaced it under warranty but it happened again, then again. The quality of this product if pathetic. I offered to pay the difference and upgrade to a better quality Fitbit but they have no upgrade policy, only replacement. Perfect, exactly what I wanted
This product does exactly what was said in the description. It is very lightweight, I hardly notice it on my wrist. It counts my steps well, as well as the number of floors I've climbed each day, the km I've walked, my heartbeat, and even my sleeping patterns.
