After contacting the seller and providing pictures they straight away offered a replacement or a refund and received the replacement blind super fast so overall would recomend for greatprice/serviceMADE TO MEASURE / CUSTOM MADE - PVC VENETIAN BLINDS - BLACK / WHITE / CREAM (#203802951411)

Emailed seller who responded almost instantly and said they would send fixtures but it may take a few days. They arrived a lot quicker than expected. The blind is very good quality and easy to trim.
